The theme (or I guess, goal) for this collection was taking a second, higher-quality pass at depicting nebulae. My first collection of nebula wallpaper I left more or less as Midjourney created them, with only a light amount of cleanup, color grading, and a few stars added. This time around I wanted to improve on those, going all-in on my post-Midjourney rebuilding workflow to really push the level of detail (and reduce the level of artifacts). These were a LOT of fun to create, each taking several different renders to complete.
4K cinematic photograph of hazy gaseous nebula dust. Volumetric light rays shine between dark ribbons of dust, with a few bright newborn suns swirling halos of debris around themselves. Hasselblad photography shot on Kodak Portra 100T 35mm film with subtle colors and low contrast volumetric light. Use blue, purple, and cyan colors. --chaos 20 --ar 7:3 --raw --stylize 250
